Welcome to the Kinetik Wellbeing official blog! We’re here to kick-start the launch of our new Health Sense Kit! To celebrate, not only will we be doing some great competitions, tips and medical information from our very own professional, Dr Sally Norton, but we’ll also be running the Simple Series on here!

This Simple Series will be dedicated to guiding you on the three large topics; weight, blood pressure and activity. With medical insights from Dr Sally, and our own suggestions on how to make your health journey just that little bit easier, our blog will be packed full of valuable information!

To get you started, Dr Sally recommends that you don’t get blown away with improving your health, it’s all about making small changes that mount up to BIG differences. If it’s sustainable, you’re more likely to be able to stick to it, and therefore a change in lifestyle.
